Increase the number of African-American students who will enroll in College or Trade School after High School by:

• Enrolling/be successful in college track courses.

• Assist students in goal setting/career choices.

• Assist students in understanding the value of establishing superior work ethics, and the value generated from their efforts.

• Expose students to successful role models and college experiences.

• Help students develop/understand racial pride, their culture, and the role they play in society.
